Polycom phones have the ability to report their line registration status to the Phonism platform. This can be managed on a per phone or template basis.

Phone must be running UC software 3.3.0 or greater.
For template configuration, the template must have UC software 3.3.0 or greater set.
Phones must be a supported model in Phonism.
Telephony Line Events must be enabled for your account. If it is not enabled, line registration won’t work even though it will allow you to enable it. To enable Telephony Line Events, contact Phonism.
PHONE BASIS CONFIGURATION
Navigate to the desired tenant.
Select the Phones tab.
Find the phone you’d like to configure line monitoring for and select Edit.
Select Line Monitoring.
Toggle ON next to Line Registration to enable monitoring your phone’s line registration events.
Some Poly software versions may require a Telephony Event URL. If applicable, enter https://app.phonism.com/telnotify.

TEMPLATE BASIS CONFIGURATION
Navigate to the desired tenant.
Create or edit an existing Polycom template (with 3.3.0 or greater software).
When on the edit template screen, select Line Monitoring.
Toggle ON next to Line Registration to enable monitoring your phone’s line registration events.
Select the Phones tab.
Check the Polycom phones you’d like to apply the template to and click Apply Template.
Select the template and click Continue.
The settings are applied. Refresh your browser if it does not appear after applying the template.Some Poly software versions may require a Telephony Event URL. If applicable, enter https://app.phonism.com/telnotify.
