Update Endpoint Firmware

Phonism allows you to upgrade/downgrade the firmware with bulk tools from the “Phones“ menu within the “Domain“ or “Tenant“ level of your hierarchy.

Instructions

  1. Navigate your hierarchy to the domain or tenant level

  2. Select the devices you wish to upgrade/downgrade and click “Bulk Tools”

  3. Click “Upgrade”

4. Select the firmware version you want to set the endpoint to. Click “Continue”

5. The device is now pending an upgrade to the version selected as indicated by the green highlighted text.

 

Notes:

You can only upgrade one brand of endpoint at a time.

If you select multiple models of the same brand you will only be able to select the firmware that is compatible with those models.
