Upgrade Poly Rove Basestations, Handsets, and Repeaters

 Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Rove Basestation in question

  2. In the System subsection, scroll to Firmware Versions and Handset Images

  3. For the Base, Handsets, and Repeaters, configure a firmware version to be served.

    1. This will configure the Basestation to download the firmware and update the corresponding devices at the next

    2.  

  4. Ensure your Firmware Upgrade settings are to your liking

  5. Re-provision the basestation

Rove firmware settings can be configured in a Template.

Once configured, the basestation will download the configured firmware according to the Firmware Upgrade settings you configured.

Downloading of the firmware does not guarantee deployment. The basestation manages distribution to associated devices.
