How to Reauthorize the Webex Integration When Permissions Are Missing
Follow this how-to guide to reauthorize your Webex integration when Phonism reports missing or expired permissions. Completing these steps restores synchronization and management functions.
Goal: Restore the Webex integration by renewing the required Webex permissions.
Before you begin: Make sure you have access to a Webex Partner Full Administrator account.
Identify the permission error

Reauthorize the Webex integration
Sign in to the Phonism Portal.
Navigate to the appropriate hierarchy:
Account → Service Provider → Enterprise
Select the Integrations tab.
Locate the Webex Integration.
Click Actions and select Re-Authenticate (Re-Auth).
The Webex authorization wizard will launch. Complete each step of the wizard until it displays Done.
When prompted, “Test Webex Permissions” - sign in to Webex Partner Hub using an account with Partner Full Administrator privileges.
Grant all requested permissions to complete the authorization process.
Return to the Phonism portal and verify that the integration status changes to Connected or Healthy with no permission errors.
Perform a synchronization or validation test to confirm the integration is functioning correctly.
Confirm the fix
A Webex Partner Full Administrator account is required to complete the authorization.
All requested Webex permissions must be accepted during the authorization process.
If the integration continues to report missing permissions after reauthorization, contact your Phonism administrator or support team for further assistance.
