Broadworks Integration Configuration

Login and navigate to the desired level of the hierarchy you wish to be the root of your Broadworks hierarchy.
The hierarchy level must correspond to the hierarchy level in Broadworks you will be supplying credentials for.
Navigate to the Integrations add a new Broadworks Integration.
Fill in the mandatory fields:
1. Mandatory Fields:
  1. Name
  2. Broadworks User
  3. Broadworks Password
  4. Broadworks WSDL URL
  5. Broadworks XSI
2. Optional Fields:
  1. Manage Shared Call Appearances
    1. Refer to Shared Call Appearance Support for more information
  2. Manage Busy Lamp Field
  3. Broadworks Cluster Identifier
    1. For our customers utilizing Park Bench Solutions' ODIN and using it to manage multiple Broadworks Clusters, the Broadworks Cluster Identifier is an cluster identifier sent by ODIN Webhooks to identify which Broadworks Integration to correlate the ODIN Webhook against
    2. Refer to ODIN Webhooks for more information on setting up webhooks
Submit the form and support will be notified of your submission. Please allow a few hours for notification that we have finalized your integration.
