View or Update your open requests
You must be logged into your portal account. See Create an Account or Reset your Password if necessary.
When logged into your account you will see “My Requests” in the top navigation bar. Clicking on that will bring you to a filterable list of all requests you have opened.
Clicking on a request in the list will open the details page which allows you to add comments for the support team, view latest activity, and escalate the request.
