View or Update your open requests

  1. You must be logged into your portal account. See Create an Account or https://phonism.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SKB/pages/392760020 if necessary.

  2. When logged into your account you will see “My Requests” in the top navigation bar. Clicking on that will bring you to a filterable list of all requests you have opened.

     

  3. Clicking on a request in the list will open the details page which allows you to add comments for the support team, view latest activity, and escalate the request.
