View or Update your organizations open requests

  1. You must be logged into your portal account. See Create an Account or Reset your Password if necessary.

  2. When logged into your account you will see “My Requests” in the top navigation bar. To view all requests from your Organization, click on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen.

     

  3. Click on the name of your Organization in the list.

     

  4. You will be taken to a filterable list of requests from your Organization.

     

  5. Clicking on any request will bring you to the details view. You can add comments, view the latest activity, or escalate the request.
