TR-069 supported commands
Reboot - This action reboots the device's system, without any change in settings.
Factory Reset - This action restores a device to its original factory settings. This will delete everything that was previously on the device, including but not limited to:
Contacts
Speed dials
Name listed on the device
Ringtones
ENABLE TR-069 ON A PHONE
Select the Phones tab.
Check the box next to each phone to be managed by TR-069.
Click the Actions drop-down menu.
Under TR-069, select Enable.
A confirmation message appears and TR-069 is enabled on the phone(s) the next time it is provisioned.
DISABLE TR-069 ON A PHONE
Select the Phones tab.
Check the box next to each phone you want to disable TR-069.
Click the Actions drop-down menu.
Under TR-069, select Disable.
A confirmation prompt appears. Select OK.
REBOOT A PHONE
Select the Phones tab.
Check the box next to each phone you want to reboot.
Click the Actions drop-down menu.
Under TR-069, select Reboot.
A confirmation prompt appears. Select OK.
FACTORY RESET A PHONE
Select the Phones tab.
Check the box next to each phone you want to factory reset.
Click the Actions drop-down menu.
Under TR-069, select Factory Reset.
A confirmation prompt appears. Select OK.
LOGS AND MONITORING
To check the logs related to TR-069 actions, select the Logs tab. All TR-069’s logs are prefixed with "TR069," so they can be searched by this criteria.
Within the logs you will see this message of the following: “TR069: Value of one or more Parameters has been modified.” This message is sent by the device to the server informing the server that some parameters were modified. This happens whenever the device re-downloads configuration from the system.

Does TR-069 support packet captures?
Yes, TR-069 does support packet captures. However, this feature is only supported on Device: 2.13 and only if the device profile allows it.
There may be potential to use upload diagnostics, but starting/stopping the trace is currently unknown.
Can packet captures be performed in Phonism via TR-069?
Yes, Phonism can support packet captures as long as the device supports it.

Is Line Registration Monitoring supported via TR-069 in Phonism?
Yes, Phonism supports Line Registration Monitoring via TR-069.
Can Phonism trigger a check-sync (reprovision) without a reboot via TR-069?
In Cisco terms, a check-sync is a SIP Notify with EVENT type check-sync.
Although Phonism doesn't operate on the same path, it performs a similar function with PDMS-SP. Hence, if integrated with Cisco, triggering a check-sync without a reboot might be possible.
Can Phonism trigger a device to provision without a reboot via TR-069?
Not at this time. However, this may be accomplished utilizing our other integrations like with Poly PDMS-SP.
Can Phonism pull call quality metrics via TR-069?
Yes, Phonism can pull call quality metrics via TR-069, depending on where and how the metrics are saved. This is usually under VoiceService:1 > VoiceService > VoiceProfile > Line > Session, where we also pull line status.
