Navigate to the Rove Basestation in question
In the System subsection, scroll to Firmware Versions and Handset Images
For the Base, Handsets, and Repeaters, configure a firmware version to be served.

Ensure your Firmware Upgrade settings are to your liking
Re-provision the basestation

Downloading of the firmware does not guarantee deployment. The basestation manages distribution to associated devices.
