Login and navigate to the desired level of the hierarchy you wish to be the root of your Broadworks hierarchy.
The hierarchy level must correspond to the hierarchy level in Broadworks you will be supplying credentials for.
Navigate to the Integrations tab up top and add a new Broadworks Integration.
Support will be notified of your submission. Please allow a few hours for notification that we have finalized your integration.
