Add email alerts triggered by specific application events.
You can use the Email Webhook integration to add an email alert triggered by specific application events.
Note: Email Webhook integration is not available at the tenant level.
SET UP EMAIL WEBHOOK INTEGRATION
You can create as many API keys as you wish, at multiple levels of your accounts hierarchy. API keys always have access to anything below their hierarchy location in your account, but never above.
Navigate to the hierarchy location where you wish to add an Email Webhook integration.
Select the Integrations tab.
Click Add New Integration.
In the Type drop-down menu, select Webhook.
Enter a Name for the integration.
For Trigger, choose Email.
Enter the Email address that will receive the notification.
Note: You can set only one email address per integration. If more than one email address is needed to receive the alerts, you must add a new integration per email address.
Choose the Webhooks. These are the events that are going to trigger the alert. Or, select All to receive an alert on all events.
Click Add.
