ADD PHONES
Learn more about how to add phones one-by-one or in bulk by referencing the Add phones guide.
CLONE
To save time, you may want to clone an existing phone that has the configuration you want another phone to have.
Select the Phones tab.
Find the phone you’d like to clone and select the Clone icon in the Actions column. The Clone a Phone dialog box appears.
Enter the new MAC address and VoIP Credentials.
Select Continue.
A new phone is created with the MAC address and VoIP credentials you added with the remaining configuration identical to the cloned phone.
DELETE
To delete a phone:
Select the Phones tab.
Find the phone you’d like to remove and select the Delete icon from the Actions column.
You are prompted to confirm. Select OK.
EDIT
To view or modify a phone’s configuration:
Select the Phones tab.
Find the phone you’d like to edit and select Edit from the Actions column.
The phone configuration displays and you can view and edit as needed.
IMPORT CONFIGURATION
To override the existing configuration of a phone, you can upload a new configuration.
Select the Phones tab.
Find and check the checkbox next to the phone(s) you’d like to import a new configuration for.
Select Import Config.
Select Choose File and locate the configuration file to add.
Select Continue.
EDIT MULTIPLE PHONES
You can delete, apply a template, or upgrade multiple phones at once.
Select the Phones tab.
Find and check the checkbox next to the phone(s) you’d like to modify.
Select the Actions drop-down menu.
Select the action you’d like to perform (Delete, Apply Template, or Upgrade).
SEARCH FOR A PHONE
At any level in the hierarchy, you can search a device by MAC address. You can also filter the phones at a specific tenant by entering any string in the Search box. This checks all the columns in the phones menu and provides the matching results.
