Login to your account

You must be logged into the Knowledge Base and Support Portal to see or manage requests.

Instructions

1. Navigate to help.phonism.com if you are not already on the page.

2. Click “Login” in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Login using the email address and password you used to create Knowledge Base and Support Portal account, it should be the same email as your login for app.phonism.com

   Open

   

    

4. Once logged in, navigate back to help.phonism.com

5. If you do not see “My Requests” in the top navigation bar, simply click “login” again.
