Initial account setup
Set up your redirect services, after you’ve created your account.
After your account is created and you have access, follow these steps to set up your billing and redirect service.
SET UP REDIRECT SERVICE*

In order for Phonism to provision and manage your devices, you must point them to Phonism's provisioning server. This is most easily done using the Redirect Services offered by manufacturers. Instead of logging directly into each manufacturer's portal, you can leverage Phonism's integrations. Simply input your credentials for each manufacturer into Phonism, and we take care of the rest.
Once you input your Redirect Service credentials, new devices and factory reset devices are automatically connected to Phonism upon booting up.
Steps To Enable Redirect Services
1. Navigate to the Account tab and then to the Redirect Services sub-tab.
2. Input your username and password for each of the device manufacturers you work with.
3. Click Save.
There is no cost to having a redirect services account with each of the manufacturers. If you do not already have one, simply reach out to your vendor and follow instructions to create an account and receive your credentials.
BE CONSCIOUS OF SECURITY
You don't need to enable security settings right away but we do want to make sure you're aware that they are available. For testing
purposes and familiarizing yourself with the platform, there is no need.
However, once you start moving into production and/or adding all of your MAC addresses to the system, we encourage you to check out our Security articles and leverage Whitelisting IPs or Provisioning Credentials.
