Synchronize data
Once your integration is enabled by our support team, data synchronization will begin immediately. Depending on the size of your hierarchy, this could take some time.
For more information on what is synchronized and how it's triggered, refer to: https://phonism.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SKB/pages/392759650
Once the Group and Device records have been synchronized, we can move on to migrating the device to Phonism for provisioning
Navigate to the Domain (Group) and Tenant the device resides
You can search the hierarchy by Broadworks Identifiers or search by the MAC
5. Select the device(s) you wish to migrate to Phonism and select Migrate from the Actions menu
For more detailed information, refer to: https://phonism.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SKB/pages/392759667
6. Once the device(s) have migrated to Phonism, you're done! All device configuration management can be performed in Phonism and the Phones will no longer be reaching out to Broadworks DMS for configuration.
